Alane Freud, MS, MA, LMFT
Through two and a half decades as a therapist, Alane Freund, MS, MA, LMFT, (Lic. #36077) has helped youth and families focus on solutions through psychotherapy and consultation. Working closely with Dr. Elaine Aron, Ms. Freund has developed and implemented programs for highly sensitive people, children, families, and clinicians who serve them in her California therapy and team-building practice, Heart and Mind Equine. An Advanced Certified Consultant on high sensitivity, she also holds Masters’ degrees in clinical psychology and school counseling. Ms. Freund speaks and teaches about highly sensitive people around the world. She specializes in families, including alternative families, and especially those navigating the innate trait of high sensitivity.
